REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
General Policy
Ariviyam Groups provides customized academic, publishing, research, and technology services. Since these services involve substantial manual effort and personalized work, refunds are governed by the following policy.
Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before work has commenced.
If work has already started, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
- payment was made by mistake (duplicate payment);
- Ariviyam Groups is unable to provide the agreed service;
- the refund request complies with this policy.

Duplicate Payments
Duplicate or excess payments will be refunded after verification.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on the customer’s bank or payment service provider.
